Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Video unboxing attached
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
